ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Due to the personal nature and hygiene standards of our gold-plated necklaces and jewelry, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order is placed and confirmed.
Exceptions (Damaged or Defective Items):

The only exception is if you receive an item that is defective or damaged during shipping.

You must contact us at our phone number within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the defect.

If the defect is verified, we will offer a replacement of the exact same item. We do not offer a refund in this case, only a direct replacement.
