ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

Due to the personal nature and hygiene standards of our gold-plated necklaces and jewelry, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order is placed and confirmed.

Exceptions (Damaged or Defective Items):

  • The only exception is if you receive an item that is defective or damaged during shipping.

  • You must contact us at our phone number within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the defect.

  • If the defect is verified, we will offer a replacement of the exact same item. We do not offer a refund in this case, only a direct replacement.
